For shoes, we also offer optional Certificate of Authentication issued by LegitApp at an additional fee of $15. I will handle the obtaining of the report for you. Usually, it takes 2-48 hours to receive the report; once we receive the report, we will ship it together with your purchased items and send it to you.


For higher priced items such as Chanel and Hermes bags, we can also work with Zeko concierge to complete the transactions. Please get in touch by emailing me if you'd like to go via this route.


You can also obtain a third-party report by yourself, either before or after the purchase. If an item is not authentic, we will issue a full refund and handle the returns for free.
